01What the subscription covers
The Companion subscription covers unlimited text conversation with your AI companion, billed monthly. There is no message cap and no cooldown.
It does not cover generation. Images and videos you ask for inside the chat are billed from your credit balance at the same rates as anywhere else in the product — the subscription is for the conversation, the credits are for the pictures.
Uses your credits · billed at normal rates
02Fair use
"Unlimited" means unlimited personal use by one human being. It does not cover automated clients, resale, shared access, or scripted traffic.
- One person per subscription. Credentials are not to be shared.
- No automation — the chat is for you, not for a bot driving it.
- Anti-abuse rate limits may apply to traffic that does not look human. Where they do, you are told, not silently throttled.
03Conduct in the chat
The content policy applies inside the Companion exactly as it applies everywhere else. The companion is a fictional character and will stay in one; it is not a route around a prohibition, and a request the platform refuses elsewhere is refused here too.
04Billing and cancellation
- The subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
- Your subscription will end at the end of the period and won't renew.
- Cancel from billing settings at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
- A failed payment pauses access until the payment method is updated.
Your last payment failed. Please update your payment method to keep your Companion access.
05What the companion remembers
The companion keeps conversation history so it can refer back to it. That history is part of your account data: it is covered by the privacy policy, you can delete it, and deleting your account deletes it.
06What this is
The companion is software. It is not a person, not a therapist and not a source of advice on health, law, money or safety. If you are in crisis, contact a real service in your country.
