01The line that is never crossed
Sexual content involving minors is prohibited absolutely. This covers real, generated, stylised and implied depictions, and any prompt, reference or model intended to produce them. There is no artistic exception, no fictional exception and no appeal.
An account found producing or attempting to produce this material is closed immediately and permanently, its content is quarantined, and the matter is escalated and reported to the authorities required by law.
02Also prohibited
- Sexual or intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person created without their consent — including public figures.
- Any depiction of a real, identifiable person presented as real when it is not, where that is intended to deceive, defame, harass or defraud.
- Content that harasses, threatens or incites violence against a person or a group.
- Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or serious self-harm.
- Depictions of non-consensual sexual activity, or sexual content depicting coercion.
- Content created to commit fraud — forged documents, impersonated identity, fake evidence.
- Attempts to defeat the platform’s safety systems, including prompt injection against a filtered model or laundering a blocked request through an uncensored one.
03Adult content
Adult content between consenting adults is permitted on the models and tools that support it, and only where this deployment enables it. It is never available to an account that has not confirmed its age, requires trusted status on some models, and is blurred in shared and public surfaces until a viewer chooses otherwise.
Consent applies to likeness as much as to subject matter. Generating adult content that resembles a specific real person is prohibited regardless of how the resemblance was produced.
04Likeness and consent
The face-swap, reference and persona tools exist to let you work with a likeness you have the right to use — your own, a model who has consented, or a character you created. Uploading someone else’s face without their permission is a breach of this policy even where the output is innocuous.
If content depicting you has been created here without your consent, report it. Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery are prioritised above every other queue.
05How we enforce this
Enforcement is graduated, and every step is recorded against the account so a decision can be reviewed.
| Step | What happens | Appealable |
|---|---|---|
| Warning | You are told what was found and what to change | Yes |
| Feature restriction | A tool or model class is disabled on the account | Yes |
| Suspension | Access is paused pending review | Yes |
| Closure | The account is closed and content removed | Yes |
| Escalation | The matter is reported to the relevant authority | No |
When we act, we tell you what was found, which rule it breached and what you can do about it. An appeal is reviewed by someone other than the person who made the original decision.
06Reporting something
Anyone can report content, whether or not they have an account. You do not need to identify yourself, and you will be given a reference you can use to follow the report.
