Terms
The agreement between you and us: what you may do with the platform, what we owe you, how credits work, and what happens when something goes wrong.

01The agreement
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are using it for an organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02Who may use it
- You must be at least 18.
- You must not be barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you.
- One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done with your credentials.
- Some models and tools are gated behind a trust status. Access to those is granted by us and may be withdrawn.
03Credits
Credits are a prepaid balance you spend on generations. They are not currency, they carry no cash value, and they cannot be transferred between accounts.
- The price of a generation is set by the published pricing engine and depends on the tool, the model, the resolution and the duration. The tool shows the exact figure before you generate, and that figure is what is charged.
- Credits are held when a task starts and settled when it completes. A failed task releases the hold — you are not charged for output you did not receive.
- Credits you buy do not expire while your account is open.
- Buying credits is a one-off purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
04Your content and what you may do with it
You keep the rights to what you upload. As between you and us, you own what you generate, and you may use it commercially.
You grant us the limited licence we need to run the service: to store your files, to send them to a model provider to fulfil the generation you asked for, and to show them back to you. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies inside backups that are on a rolling deletion cycle.
- You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload — including the right to use any person’s likeness that appears in it.
- AI output may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions, and similar output may be produced for other users. We do not warrant that any generation is unique.
- You must comply with the terms of the underlying model providers where those are stricter than ours.
05Acceptable use
The content policy is part of these terms. In short: nothing involving minors, nothing involving a real person’s likeness without their consent, nothing illegal, and nothing that attacks the platform itself.
The full list, and how we enforce it, is in the content policy.
06Availability
We aim to keep the service running and publish a live status indicator, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Model providers go down, and when they do, the tools that depend on them do too. Where a provider outage causes a task to fail, the credit hold is released.
07Suspension and termination
- You can close your account at any time from settings.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the content policy. Where we do, we tell you what was found and give you a route to appeal, unless the law forbids us from telling you.
- Serious breaches — anything involving a minor above all — result in immediate closure and, where the law requires it, a report.
08Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability is capped and we exclude indirect and consequential loss.
09Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced in the product before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance. If you do not accept, close your account.
